Return Process

  Log in to your LIME Saudi account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, accessories, and invoices are included to prevent any processing delays.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your doorstep across the Kingdom.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
